what does 23x9.50x12 mean on Garden Tractor tires?
My Garden Tractor Rear wheels/Tires measure 23x10.50x12 and they rub the rear outer mower deck guide wheel. The New Holland manual lists 23x9.50x12 as the stock wheels.
Can I change the tires on the current rims, or do I need Tire and wheel assy's?
If you bought the tractor used, someone swapped 10.50's for the stock 9.50's. The tires are too wide and are causing problems with clearance. Assuming this is a used tractor the previous owner may not have used the mower deck but used the tractor to pull implements and put the wider tires on for more traction. Yes, you can mount the stock size tires on the rims that are on the tractor now.

How do I remove/replace front wheel hub assy to change wheel bearings on 95 ford f150 4x4 with manual locking?
My passenger wheel is scalloped bad and I figure it may be the wheel bearings causing this. I have the tire, caliper, and the top end of the hub off. I'm down to the point where there is a round thing with 4 notches in it. Do I need a "special tool" to remove this and continue? Have I reached the "point of no return"???
Yes, you will need a special socket. I strongly suggest you purchase a good repair manual if you are going to attempt this diagnosis and repair yourself.
