Have you ever used a dog wheelchair? If so how did it work out for your dog?
My dog is having a real hard time walking. Spine problem. Yet her heart still wants to go. What brand did you get and how much was it. I know it is rather an intrusive question but I need to make a quick decision for my baby. Tasha is a 90 lb. German Shepard
blah- My vet has her on the maximum dose of metacam. Surgery is not an option, unfortunately.
Yes,I bought one for my 15 year old dachshund mix when he lost the use of his rear legs.He took to it right away and lived out his last year using it almost daily until his little front legs got too stiff too make it go. 
I got mine on ebay and it was a bit over $100.00. It was not a name brand,but it suited my small dog. For your dog,I would recommend Walkin' Wheels,which are adjustable and fold flat.

Why I do not show people how my wheelchair works? (AKA Just how lazy is Peter J. Radomski)
Where can I find grants for a wheelchair?
I have son. He needs a new wheelchair. The insurance covered some of it but there is still $2142 for me to pay. I am the only person that works. If anybody could help me I would appreciate it.
Check into the Disabled Children's Relief Fund. They accept grant applications between April and September. http://www.dcrf.com
There is also the Queen of Hearts Foundation and you can review their information at http://www.queenofheartsfoundation.org
There are other foundations that grant money or assistance depending on where you live and your son's particular disability. Best wishes to your family.
