Wheelchair Weight Shifts
All i eat is a garden salad & plain chicken breast a day but cant lose weight, why not?
Im a wheelchair bound insulin dependent diabetic with multiple other serious health conditions & the medications i take for these may be contributing to this. I put on a huge amount of weight through prescribed steroids when i fell ill 20 months ago. I went from a UK size 6 to a size 22; im down to a 14 now but can't seem to shift anymore, thus the reason for me eating so little over the past 2 months. Im naturally a UK size 6-8 so want to be at least down to 8-10 before im happy.
Try getting off of gluten for awhile. I have lost 50 pounds doing so. It's worth a try.

Operator Weighted Shifts on Hardy Spaces $101.96 There are several classes of operators defined and studied on the Hardy space of which shift operators are an important class. In 1949, Beurling characterized the invariant subspaces of the unilateral shift operator. A natural generalization of scalar weighted shift is the operator weighted shift which is our object of study. We define operator weighted shifts on Hardy Spaces over a separable complex Hilbert space. Following this the spectrum, the invariant subspaces and the (minimal) reducing subspaces of these operators are determined and analyzed. A discussion on hypercyclic operator weighted shifts and their characterization in terms of their weight sequences is included. Finally The Subnormal completion problem in the context of operator weighted shifts of finite multiplicity is addressed. A major obstacle to progress in Operator Theory is the dearth of concrete examples whose properties can be explicitly determined. Weight Loss problem, help!?
I had an accident a few years back and was in a wheelchair for the good part of two years, due to stress and boredom i ate alot! and now regret it as i have put on weight i can't shift. I can do very little to no exercise and have trouble doing so much as a brisk walk.
I've tried everything! from the Atkins to the Cambridge but nothings working.
Any advice?
Exercise is just as important as food intake when it comes to losing weight. There's loads of excellent instruction for exercise on the web resource in the box below. I lost 10 pounds by doing as they advised.
