the person who was supposed to make my chair how i wanted it i even sat down with her to look at catalogue after catalogue with her to get her to make the perfect wheelchair that would make me Ultra independent and comfortable and when i got the wheelchair it wasn't what i wanted at all and now i am even more independent then i have ever been and its already payed for so i cant just get a new one it was also $22.732 should i sue her for not not getting me what i asked for and making my life so much harder
you can NOT return it or get the money back and she cant change anything about it for 4 year beacuse its the law with wheelchairs and everything goes throuht the goverment
in witting ask for what you expected. Allow her to correct the error or refund you. If she is stubborn then I would seek small claims or if you have an avicate (insurance contact, the state public assistance, care coordinator, friend with connections) some one who could speak on your behalf to settle this would help. I am sure if you stuck to it you can get the results you expected with out litigation.
Good luck

Is There Anybody Who Really Believes Obama is Muslim?
Today, the New Yorker came out with a satirical parody of Barack Obama, an unflattering cartoon that showed him in Muslim dress with his wife beside him, dressed as an activist and carrying a rifle. I guess it was supposed to be funny. Or maybe not.
How could anyone still believe that Obama, raised in Hawaii and centered in Chicago, is Muslim? Do people really believe this political crap, like the cartoon that was intended to shock and stir up trouble and get a few more dollars into the till? Are people that gullible?
Another question...if John McCain were pictured as a decrepit old man with his much younger ultra rich socialite wife pushing his wheelchair, would anyone believe it was true?
Why would Fox News and craploads of other media outlets be playing on racial stereotypes and making idiotic suggestions like "it was a terrorist fist-jab" if they didn't believe it? Why would they be saying it? Why would they expect people to have some kind of reaction to Obama's middle name, or Obama's Muslim father, if not a racist reaction?
Oh, but maybe conservative pundits are actually just flaming morons and this is more evidence of it. If we're supposed to realize the Muslim terrorist thing is just obviously outrageous far-fetched trash, why do we keep hearing it from earnest Fox News anchors?
__________
Anyway, this is why people (liberals) are taking issue with the cartoon. It's trying to make fun of something that's actually still happening all over. It's like saying, "Ha ha, remember that funny time once far away when these uneducated rednecks thought Obama was a Muslim? Remember how more than half of the respondents on my Yahoo! Answers thread actually DID suspect Obama of being a Muslim? Wasn't that hilarious? Oh, wait ... they actually ... do."
