Wheelchair Transfers Disabled

Homes for disabled in England?
My son is in a wheelchair and we are looking to private buy/rent a home that is partially or fully adapted to meet his needs. We are currently in a council home and have tried for a transfer but with no luck as they wont move us as they have done adaptions in this one,Its a lovely home but i have neighbour problems.
Does anyone know where i go to get a list of proerties if there is such a thing
The council are getting together evidence to evict her, but as every one knows this takes a long time. And to be honest I cant wait any longer !
Just like to say a big thank you for all your answers.
Im going to hold my head up high and stay put. !!!
It all boils down to jealousy cos ive had my home adapted for my son.
Its quite sick that somone can feel this way over a disabled child.
IM NOT THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM !!!!! and i'll keep telling myself this !!
hello i would stick where you are get together with the other neighbours if need be and all go to your local council involve the police if you are been arrased in anyway why should you have to move with your disabled son get in touch with disability rights you can find them on the net explian to them they may help or your local concillor for your area dont give in chin up and good luck council houses are hard to find and private are just about scarce now stick your heels in and you will win dont be walked all over think of your son and yourself

Does a Disabled Child = a Disabled Family? $23.45 Many people attempt to address issues concerning developmentally disabled children and their families from a purely academic viewpoint. Others have very personal experiences with little or no professional or academic background. Both can be beneficial and provide helpful information, but they both also have potential pitfalls and limitations. The purpose here is to use personal experience along with professional and academic information to help professionals, parents, and siblings in their adjustment to their new journey. The goal is to assist families in ways of achieving balance between taking care of the needs of parents to continue to develop themselves, their relationships, their nondisabled children, and the disabled family member. The ideas presented here are not intended to address specific disabilities. They are to provide perspective and some general helpful ideas that can be implemented regardless of the disability of the child. What do you think about disabled models?????????
I have been disabled since 2000 and I can say that I am a good looking girl and lately I have been receiving invitation from some websites that promote disabled models I was interesting at the begining but they send me the details and it is like they want to see pictures of me when I am putting on panty-hose or how I transfer to my wheelchair, or when I felt how I got back to my wheelchair. I guess this websites are only for devotees( people who like girls with any discapacities) and I really do not like these people but at the same I wan to do so model pictures or try to go forward with it or something like that I know it is out of the typical thiingy about modeling but that is interesting because is something different .................disabled models .........what do you think?
It sounds like these sites are looking for "models" in the porn sense. Is that what you really want to be, a porn model? Ugh. That's not the road to a professional modeling career.
