Wheelchair Transferring
How can I move from the Bromley Borough to the Barnet Borough?
Hi,
You should know that I'm in a wheelchair and I receive a 24 hour care package from PCT(Council). I also rent a property from a housing association. How can I move to Barnet from the Bromley borough? Also, can i transfer my Bromley PCT care package to the barnet PCT?
What does the Uk law say i can do?
Any Advice or contacts would be helpful?

I would suggest you first contact Barnet PCT 020 8952 2381
Then contact your Housing Association and ask about Home Transfer schemes, they may not be able to assist you directly but will point you in the right direction. Be aware through that transferring between housing associations in London isn't the fastest of processes.
As a resident of a particular area your PCT has the legal responsibility to provide care for you, if you move to a different area that PCT no longer has responsiblity for you, and you then need to arrange that care from a different PCT.

Concurrent Multipath Transferring in IP Networks $111.53 Having multiple network interfaces or gateways available, the Internet users can transfer their data through multiple paths to achieve load balancing, faulttolerance, and more aggregate bandwidth. However, transferring the packets of the same flow over multiple paths with diverse delays could introduce reordering among the received packets at the destination. In TCP, fastretransmit/recovery might mistake reordered packets for lost packets and hence degrades the throughput. In UDP, we require larger buffers to keep outoforder received packets. In this thesis, we propose two approaches at the IP layer to address the reordering problem of TCP and UDP. In the case of TCP, the key observation is that the interleaved reception of the packets at the destination does not trigger the fastretransmit/recovery mechanism, even though the packets are received reordered. Therefore, the IP layer who is in charge of alternating the packets among the multipath available paths needs to linger on the slower path for at least the delay difference between the paths. In the case of UDP, the proposed approach schedules the packets at the source to have them received inorder at the destination. How would wheelchair bound transfer to water without help if want to swim?
As long as the facility that he is swimming at is alright with the wheelchair being at the waters edge it is simple. If not the chair could just be moved by a lifeguard or attendant. Assuming that the person is able to get in and out of the chair by themselves their shouldn't be a problem. Out of the chair, sit on the edge of the pool and slide in.
