Wheelchair Quilts

Where can I find inexpensive shower curtains?
to be used for the backing for adult clothing protectors (Adult Bibs) for nursing home patients. I am also looking for clean mattress pads to be used as batting for lap size quilts for wheelchair patients. Thank You!
i see shower liners for only $2.00 at big lots or try some dollar stores. for your use i would check out the thrift stores u never know what u can find there. you can catch them on clearance at times at some of the higher end stores.

"Whisperings From Angels" Meet the Angel Artists.....
A story book quilt????
My sister is handicap (she's been in a wheelchair her whole life) and she doesn't get out much....she can't hold down a job or anything but she loves to read. She reads all the time....and she wants to make a quilt of all the places she's "traveled" in her books. She is putting a different picture on each block and embroidering it. Like a ship on the ocean, etc and putting a favorite quote from each book under the picture. I'm sorry but this sounds a little...crazy. Should I get her out more often and away from this weird obsession?
Don't sound crazy or weird to me. It is no different that people who scrapbook.
It would be a good idea to take her places where she can enjoy taking pictures and collecting souvenirs.
