wheelchair through floor lift installation help?
where do i find instructions on how to install a wheelchair through floor lift , the model is a harmony ,a very neat domestic lift ,has hydraulics smallish box that needs to be mounted on outside wall, originally lift bought from terry lifts,.the lift has been carefully removed delivered ready for Re install . advice information welcome needed ,that will enabl me to locate needed infoemation hopefullt diagrams do this myself.
Where do we obtain or download manufacturer's installation/maintenance guides, instructions for a Wessex or Terry's harmony through floor, domestic lift..Information that seems only available to there own contractors enginears
I work for a company that does home modifications for wheelchair users (http://www.mcmobilitysystems.com) and I agree with the last answerer. Wheelchair lifts need to be installed by certified professionals who are licensed, and they are also subject to state inspections on a regular basis. You need to contact a certified lift installer.
