2 Bedroom Apartment Kusadasi Turkey With Sea View
My roommate and I need some advice as to how we should divide the bills?
Here is the rundown:
The house is a four bedroom 2 bath split plan.
He has the bedroom and bath downstairs on one side of the house
and I (single mom) have 4 children and have the three bedrooms and the bath upstairs
The rent is $1075, the electric is $250/300 and the water is $40
I am also paying for cable which is available to my roommate in the living room, but not in the downstairs bedroom.
He is in a wheelchair and uses the garage and the shed fully and does not contribute to any of the lawncare, housecleaning, etc.
Miss - do you really think $350 is enough when he basically has complete run of the downstairs, the garage and the shed and contributes nothing towards housework, yardwork, etc.?
He should contribute to at least 1/4 of all the bills combined. Since you are taking up three fourths of the house you should pay for 3/4 of the bills.
