2000 Cavalier - Daytime Running Lamps stuck ON even when car is turned off!! Please HELP!?
And the headlights knob (lever left of steering wheel) won't twist...it's stuck... I've dug through the fuse box in the left of the dash and can't find one for DRL's. As of now I unplugged the battery so the car doesn't die. Any info or an estimation of what you think it'd cost to get it fixed would be great!!
Sounds like you have a bad multi function switch that controls the headlamps. the chance of a stuck closed DRL relay is rare.

my friend has a 2002 ford escort zx2 for sale should i buy?
2002 ford escort zx2, silver, 92,000 miles on it.
pioneer speakers all around, kenwood sterio.
all that needs to be done is replace the rear passenger wheel and the driver side mirror is missing out of the thing.
oh and an a/c knob has to be put back on.
i'm worried about the exhaust not being stock.
no power locks or windows and no keyless entry.
no rust and not dents, it doesn't rattle or vibrate.
he's selling for 3,000 is it a good deal or should i not waste my time
i've read some reviews but some say its a great car and others say its not.
its a step up from my rust bucket of a 95 pontiac sunfire though.
Thats not bad. It is the basic model though. I enjoyed my zx2, I had two of them at one time. with 92k miles its right at the time to change the timing belt, if it hasn't been done it will break anytime. doing it yourself on those is a nightmare, you even have to have a special alignment tool. taking it somewhere is aroudn 400-500. If he has had it changed, i would pay the 3k, if not, tell him 2500 and go have that done. or have him do it, then pay 3... either way.
