will my back get better i really need good advice!?
hurt my back in march due to pushin and liftin heavy wheel chair im not very strong im so down about it 1st physio said i disc had moved 2nd 1 said no i prom u it hasnt its in ur l5 in ur spine posture has chnage excersie and strech should help u and put end to it andy 1 had same thing and got fully better i can jus feel it there all tight i am statytin to hate my life as all my time and finkin goes into my back
Sounds like you will need further physio. I had a slipped disc in my back and paid for intensive physio (three times per week for a fortnight) and it made it better.
You need to remember that the muscle around the discs tend to tighten up and go into spasm when they are injured.
Make sure you do the exercises the physio has given you. If you get no improvement then you must go back to the doctors.

when will i get better? i have had enough?
i saw a second physio withmore experince , turns out it not a slip disc in my back. its my l5 in my spine 5percent prob were it starts it my posture from what i understand from pushin a large lady in a wheel chair over 2 years has made my posture bent, so spine has siffend forward, it hurts bit better 2day and doin swimming. the physio gave me massarge send the muscles all stiff round it and swollen do excerise i gav u and swim few months do yoga ,
any problems come back but fink that will be if you push ur self but any probs come back.
that was 4 weeks ago excersie have helped but makin love and way i sit anoy it i wake up and its wht i think about gets me down and dont wana get out of bed shal i b breave and positvie carry on doin the excerise and swim then start yoga se how i am or og back coz my leg hurts a bit . but she dint seem interrested in that jus was interrested in strechiin my back . any 1 got this and do u get 100percent better or is it sumthin eles like trap nerve
hard to understand the question
but i think with a bad back takes time to recover swimming will help as it takes the weight while you exercise stick with it you will beat it
