wow, where to start, ok i'd give it a 7. Many possible suggestions-
Infernape-
he wouldn't be bad with stone edge other than thunderpunch, but that just really depends on what you want to cover, and how much power you want.
Sceptile-
used to love this guy but i was looking at mine now, and he sucks now do to the physical/special split. very hard to find something to actually work with his high special attack. i dont think he should have leaf storm and energy ball, but its ok, not too bad, it just seems to work better with another move instead of leaf storm, like maybe grass knot, i mean i just dont know, he lost so much power, maybe go with a torterra if possible, with Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Stone Edge, and Curse. That's a very good pokemon with a very good moveset, as long as you dont mind low speed.
Swampert-
Wow, another one ive been dealing with lately, very good, similar to mine, i'd replace hammer arm with stone edge, cuz seriously, with his attack and the ability to cover every pokemon in the game with ground and rock, stone edge is needed and goes with this moveset very well.
Espeon-
Hmm, i'm not an eeveelution fan, sadly. I think an alakazam would do much better with this moveset, just replace morning sun with recover, cuz alakazams faster, and has the highest non-uber special attack, tied with Porygon-Z. On that note i should say, you should probably go with Porygon-Z, cuz here's a sweet moveset for it- Ice Beam, THunderbolt, Psychic, Nasty Plot. I want to see an alakazam do that. Note: Porygon-Z was also thrown in for type issues, like its been stated, you might not want 2 psychics.
Raichu-
Like it's also been stated, no one uses raichu anymore. It's too weak, and there are many better electrics. The highest special attack of any electric pokemon belongs to magnezone, and magnezone does have many weaknesses, he is a very good pokemon. Zap Cannon, Lock-On, Flash Cannon, and Magnet Rise, should work very well for this odd looking magnet thingy.
Gallade-
LOL that's the exact moveset going on my gallade. it needs no suggestions

I want to have a Gallade as my member number six but The only thing I have is a Ralts (Docile) (alert to sounds), I have some movement in my mind (Night slash, Psy cut, close combat) but I want to have a move that is strong againts flying pokemon that are NOT ice punch and tunderpunch ( the thing is, I don´t know how to teach this moves in Pokemon Pearl)

Swampert: A perfect wall but teach him rest and give a lum berry o leftovers
Charizard: Teach another flying move like Air Slash and teach him Steel wing for Tyranitar and rock type pokemon
Electrivre:Good but make him hold the black belt
Garchomp: Tach him Outrage and give a Life Orb and teach Substitute
Torterra: Good
Gallade: Phsyco Cut, Rock Tomb or Stone Edge, Close Combat and Hight Slash
