My fiance will be discharged from the hospital how will we get transportation?
He had plates and screws on his femur and he is being released Friday, how will we get him home? He will be in a wheelchair and he needs to be transported in it.
We reside in Los Angeles and need some company that is affordable. Thanks and he has NO health insurance.

Airplane is the best way I think.
The airport staffs are willing to take care people with ADA, so I think it won't be a problem for your grandmother. Don't forget to tell the airline company she is flying with as well. When you book, immediately say your grandmother's special needs. People with special needs sometimes are eligible for special rates, too.
Otherwise, you can take Amtrak from CA to WA but probably you want to accompany her.
