Transport Wheel Chair Questions about the Phil & Teds Explorer 3 pushchair (ideally required in red).?
We are expecting a second child when our first will be 27 months. My wife has been researching push chairs for ages and set her heart on the Phil & Teds Explorer 3 (ideally in red).
We want to buy new. It is worth mentioning we do not have a car so rely mostly on public transport with the odd taxi or life.

1. Have you experience of using this model, what do you see as the pros and cons. In particular, I read that the back seat can be dangerous as children can put their fingers in the wheels.

the only bore ive heard of and you'll get that with any inflatable tyre pushchair-punctures-guess what check your buggy before getting organised 2 go out if puncture pump up-take to local bike shop or pushchair shop will repair 4 £2-4

Im going to New York with my disabled brother?
Is there anywhere reasonabaly priced in the city, that caters for people with disabilities, we need somewhere with a lift, and a wheel in shower....also how difficult will it be on public transport using a wheel chair. Your help would really be appreciated, we are going round about November for xmas shopping, wheres good to go.....Thanx
Most all of the major hotel chains will have rooms that are handicapped-accessible, including wheel-in showers. You just need to ask when you make your reservation. Reasonably priced? Well, reasonable for Manhattan is crazy-expensive most anywhere else. Expect that rooms will cost you around $250 per night or so, before taxes.
