Is it normal to be this depressed?
I was in an accident on 2/13/07 and I can't walk. I have a broken leg and have to use a wheelchair. My car was totalled and I'm out of work for atleast six months (I might need another surgery). I keep crying all the time, it upsets my fiance and he doesn't understand why I even cry about it. I have a lawyer for my case because the accident was not my fault at all. I don't think he is doing anything for me. I just don't know where to turn, I keep seeing the accident replay in my head and I can't sleep. I don't know what to do anymore and I don't think this is normal. What is your opinion?
You have what's called 'post traumatic stress syndrome' a common occurance after something like what you describe and it is treatable with counseling and medication. Talk to your dr. next time you see him/her.

How can my daughter meet the Wiggles?
My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair. She LOOOOVES the Wiggles and will be going to see them in concert on November 9th. I'd LOVE for her to be able to meet them - I think she would be in complete and total heaven! Does anyone have any inside information on who to contact about this? I know it's a long shot - but I figure it's not like I'm asking to see the President, so there has to be a way (at least I would think). Thanks so much!!!!
The only contact information I can find on the website is a phone # in Australia. I don't really feel like paying the $$ to call Australia from Ohio - USA! LOL And I tried to send my request through a form I found on their site but when I clicked 'submit' it took me to a 'page can't be found' site. I tried numerous times. So either I sent them the same message 5 times or it never went through. Probably the latter.
I am not an expert; however, on one of the Wiggles' DVDs there was a part where they showed the Wiggles meeting with special needs kids before the regular show and giving them a show of their own. You might be able to contact them through their website about this.
