Surfing/flying pikachu on Pokewalker?
Does anyone have any tips for getting a flying or surfing pikachu on the Yellow Forest pokewalker course? I have done about 8000 steps so far and will hopefully have quite a few more when I come home from work tonight. I have taken an ampharos on the stroll with me because apparently having an electric/ground/grass pokemon decreases the amount of steps you have to take to be able to encounter the rare pikachus. So far I have caught a bunch of common pikachus and one with volt tackle, has anyone else caught any rare pikachus and how long did it take? thanks 
Well, the only other tip I could offer besides carrying the electric/ground/grass Pokemon with you would be that your Pokewalker syncs it's time with your DS (or DSi). What you can do is keep "rewinding time" on the same day to keep your 8,000+ steps and keep seeking out the rare Pikachus. I, myself, am going on day two now of trying to catch the Surfing or Flying Pikachu. Pretty sure it's just luck based, unfortunately.
