What size do I cut material?
I want my finished QUILTED pillow (HAWAIIAN STYLE) to fit a 22x22 pillow form....how large should I cut the pillow top to accommodate seam allowances and quilting >>> Should I cut it 25x25 and trim to 22 1/2 x 22 1/2 then sew front to back?? HELP
You allow for 1/4 inch sewing seams. For quilting always allow a few inches on each side. Then when you have finished quilting the piece you trim to square up the piece so that you can add the binding or sew the finishing seam. I would cut the pillow top 26 1/2 x 26 1/2.

Should I change my bedroom furnishings?
OK, so I absolutely love dolphins! I am 17 and a junior in highschool, so I'm kind of wanting more of a young adult, mature bedroom. I have a bunkbed in my room, dolphin posters everywhere, a few guy posters (of Chris Brown, Jesse Mccartney, Brad Pit, and Zach Ephron), a big, pink mushroom style chair with a matching rug, a purple shag rug with a matching lamp, and dolphin nicknacks all throughout my bedroom. I also have a few posters of other animals (kittens and dogs/puppies). My bed has a huge pillow collection on the bottem bunk and has silk blue blankets/sheets on top and white/pink on the bottem. Do you think this design is more for little kids? If so, how can I make it suitable for my age?
Can you start by separating your bunk bed and making it into 2 twins? That will begin your "more mature" bedroom. Take everything off the walls and start fresh. (Consider repainting...a can of paint is a cheap way to redecorate.)
Live in your clean, fresh room and decide what you really want NOW. Life is changing for you. Who are you now and where are you going with it? Be sure you have picture frames or a bulletin board for all of the photos of friends and family that are special to you. They will inspire you as you see them each day.
Storing collections helps you to see what (if any of it) you miss out in your room and what you really want out. NOTE: If anything would embarass you for others to see you have out in your bedroom at age 17 or 18, then I would definitely say that it's time to get it out of your room...you have outgrown it!
A yard sale is a great way to make money to buy new things for your room from any of the things you have outgrown or no longer like.
Make your room "hang-out" friendly but perfect for your alone time....it's your haven.
