I NEED SEME ADVISE PLEASE HELP ME....?
okay so i'm a footballl manager right and i hand wash the water bottles everyday and orginize medkits and test radio's and help with a bit of the crowd to.......i assist in the food stands and help if the ambulance needs a clear space during practice i make sure eveyrthings clean from the lockerroom so the boys don't have to run...i do everythign anyone wants me to liek hold there gloves or knee pads or help them put in there knee pads right and then i was confronted by 5 football players saying that all i do is drive around and not do anything all day. and i am so pissed off right now it's not even funny.......what should i do i have to take my work home with me sometimes because i'm so busy i can't find a better time to do it liek orginizing our medkits i had to do at home last night and taking the bottles home and hand cleaning them takes atleaste 30 mins to get done waht should i do....i was thinking about quitting and seeing how long they last.....any advise...
If you know you are doing the job that is required of you, then you have nothing to prove to anyone. Should you quit? Only if you want to, for the right reasons. NEVER allow anyone to make you feel like you aren't good enough or doing a good enough job. If you enjoy what you are doing and you are doing it to the best of your ability, then don't allow them to discourage you. As a matter of fact, these guys that said that to you, ask them what you can do for them to help them more. Not to prove they are wrong, but to prove that you care about helping them in anyway that you can. You can't please everyone all the time, Iam sure there are guys on the team that do appreciate what you do. besides, between you and me...(heehee) it appears as if they seem to more focused on if you are doing your job, means they aren't doing theirs. Don't let them take your confidence away.
