Stair Chair Lifts
Would a tensor bandage help my knee injury?
Basically my knee hurts because I fell on it on Monday. I am a paramedic student and have a heavy lift test on friday, and unfortunately I hurt the knee of my dominant leg. It feels ok when it is bent, but when I straighten it out it hurts, and I can't stand on that leg and bend it at the same time.
This is distressing because I need my leg, it is the most important muscle of the stair chair lift. What can I do to make it feel better for friday?
i would go to the dr. and get the knee checked out.

can you get enough excersise in your job so you don't have to work out on the side?
I'm constantly running around, up and down stairs, lifting people from chairs to beds. when I get off work I'm exhausted. I don't feel like going and working out, I sweat alot at work. am I getting a good enough work out or do I need to do more at home to lose weight?
Depends, if you have not seen any results by just going to work, you will need to adjust your routine so that you balance calories in and out. You may not need add'l exercise, just cut back on excess calories.
