Slings Standing Lifts
transporting a motorbike?
how should i lift my bike with a crane and slings and when strapping it to a flatbed truck where should i put the straps i.e. over the seat or wheels, standing on main stand or side stand. the bike is a zzr any help guys.

Lift with straps through the wheels, and padding to protect the bodywork - the wheels are built to take the weight.
Transport it on the centrestand, one strap through the bottom of the fornt wheel, back similar, and a padded strap over the front part of the seat.

Punishment for the willfully negligent owners of this colt?
The 9-month-old colt rescued from the brutal northern Minnesota cold is improving.
The colt -- named Windchill -- was able to stand unsupported for a few hours over the weekend.
Windchill was near death when it was found near Duluth on Feb. 9 -- on a day when wind chills made it feel like 30 degrees below zero.
The first veterinarian to examine the colt recommended euthanasia. After being examined by a second vet an all out effort is being launched to save this baby, who is 350 pounds under weight
When the colt was brought to Raindance Farms, it was suffering from dehydration, malnourishment, and hypothermia. It was unable to stand on its frost-bitten legs.
Over the weekend, Windchill was lifted to its feet with the help of a sling. On Sunday, it stood without supports for a few hours.

Charges have not been brought against the owners of the colt at this time.
These inhuman people should be thrown out in the cold. There is no punishment harsh enough for people like this. They should never own an animal of any kind. Hurray for the second vet who helped save this colt. A big thanks for all the people at Raindance Farms for all the help they are giving this colt. Praying that the colt recovers.
