Hello!!! I went scrappy shoppin' this week too!!! I scored lots!!! First, I got the Foo-fa-la Crop in Style XXL tote at Mikes, on sale 40% off plus another 15% off with coupon. (this was my husbands gift to me!!!) My Tuesday Morning had all the albums, but I passed. I want to switch to 3 ring albums. ( four kids, lots of scrapping). I also got KI Alphabet Soup 6 pack, 18 pack Color Lab (lots of embellies!!!), and 118 pc. Girls & Boys Stamp Kit. Each of these were just $9.99 each!!! Normally I would have held back, but I am way low on embellishments. So I bought all of them. Last week I scored Cropper Hopper 9×9 Vertical Value Packs for $4.99. I don't normally scrap 9×9, but I find they are good for organizing scraps, some unfinished 8×8 layouts that I WILL get done this year, and a few random projects. I am working on a Navy album for the DH, which I am doing in 8X12. Again, not my usual size to work with, but I'm copying all his Desert Storm corespondence on 8×12 cardstock. So it's easier and there is lots of it. They also had a buy out of Fiskars Rotary paper cutters for $19.99. I passed on that one, but was tempted. I also found Inkadinkadoo chalks and pads for $1.49 ea. I've never tried chalk so I bought a couple to see what all the hub-bub was about. ooo -ooo!!! Also at Big Lots I found 12×12 sheets of Heidi Grace rub-ons ($1.50), MM Noteworthy kit with paper, stickers, and felt flowers ($2.99), a 24 sheet MM easter set with stickers, and two other MM paper packs with 48+ sheets in each for only $2 each!!! (that's like 4 cents a sheet!!!) OK so I will never use it all, but my girls all like to scrap too. When I'm done with it, I'll pass the left overs on to them. Any-who, I feel like I'm totally stocked for the new year so I hope to really get a good jump start and keep my momentum going and get some serious scrappin' done. I just completed a heritage album for my FIL for Christmas. A task I always felt too over my head to tackle, but it turned out really well, and was a hit at their Christmas celebration!!! I feel really amped and jazzed about the new year. I can't wait to get started on more projects and layouts!!!! This is going to be a great scrappy year!!
