How to treat serious abdominal hematoma that is causing SEVERE pain?
I was in a head on collision one week ago and literally had my abdominal cavity crushed by the seat belt. There are no internal injuries, but the abdominal wall is nicely shredded. I have a contusion (bruise) that covers the entire lower abdomen. We are talking hip to hip and belly button to pubic area. There is now a hematoma in the middle that is a good 15 in X 7 in and hurts like none other. I was given pain killers, but I can't take them and work and drive and school. How long til it heals? Any thoughts on treatment?
You need to stay home for a week and take the meds. This is way to serious to mess about with, so take time off work, dont drive, and get a friend to take notes at school.

Is this body size able to ride roller coasters?
I'm going to six flags over texas with a good handful of friends for my birthday this up coming saturday. Aug 14th. My boyfriend who is little over weight says he can ride rides and I just want to make sure. I've been searching through the web and I know some knowledge about coasters. Like the fact it doesn't matter about the weight its if you can fit into it and the bars/seat belts can lock down. That's what I am concern of.
He weighs 275/270
Height around 6'0
waist is 42 inch's.
But I don't know about his chest and hips.
Can I have some info about seat sizes or life experiences at six flags with these rides.
Superman Tower Of Power, Batman the ride, Shock Wave,Flashback, Mr freeze, Acme Rock-N-Rocket, Tony Hawk’s Big Spin,Judge Roy Scream, and Conquistador.
Plus, this well be my very first time on a roller coaster can you give me some idea on how it is or some of the warning signs they have for coasters. Please and Thank you 
I agree with the previous answer. You don't need to worry about him being too big unless he's over 300 pounds.
For your first time on a roller coaster, it will be scary because it is probably the most intense ride you will have been on so far. But afterwards, you will probably think it was so fun that you want to do it again! My advice is to hold on, and lay your head back and try not to move it. Roller coasters can bang your head around a bit if you don't do this. Don't bring bags or sunglasses on the ride with you or you could lose them. There should be cubbies to put that stuff near the ride. Also, bring a brush if you're wearing your hair down! It will get tangled.
