I need help remembering a certain episode of House.?

I'm sure it was in seasons one to three since I clearly remember that Cameron saw the patient in an episode following that one.

It was with a man who got brain cancer and was brain dead, I think. He was at a party in his backyard and wheeled himself in his wheelchair into the pool. In the end House fixes him with cortisone because he believes he has Addison's disease, and he is able to stand and such again.

I have all four seasons available on discs, and each one has descriptions on the back except for season one, and I can't seem to find that episode! I would really like some help, I want to watch it again. :)

47 (3-01) "Meaning" September 5, 2006

* Addison's disease (Richard)
* Scurvy (Caren)

House has recovered from his gunshot wounds and is back at work, taking on two cases simultaneously: Richard, paralyzed after brain cancer surgery eight years ago, who drove himself on his motorized wheelchair headfirst into a swimming pool, and Caren, a young woman paralyzed from the neck down after a yoga session. As House begins to diagnose and treat them, the team notices a distinct change in his attitude toward his patients.
