Tires with tubes are very rare anymore and are usually only found on bicycles. Motorcycle tires are higher performance than most automobile tires but they are still tubeless and have whats called a "bead," as do cars. When inflated right the bead will seal on the rim. If you are having a problem with a leak around the rim, 99 out of 100 times its a broken bead. This usually happens when the tire is installed improperly. Hope this helps...
