how can we stay positive with so many bad news around - e.g., rising prices, good jobs hard to come by, sickness in the family, etc.? aside from our faith, where can we draw strength from?
spending a quite time with God at the Blessed Sacrament and pouring out everything from anger, frustrations, guilt, fear to joy and happiness. then listen to Him speak.

If a bee flew into a lift, which then went up, would it drop in the lift unless it worked harder to rise?
I've heard that bees are lighter so the air is very efficient at pushing them up. But bees are not SO light that they just go where the wind goes, are they? i.e. they'll still have to put some extra work into flying upwards?
no, because because the lift is moving as a projectile, and so if the things on it. It's like being on a train if you jump on the train you don't move to the back of the train because the train is moving, since you are moving in two different directions up and what ever way the train is moving.
