Pronto Sure i need help and pronto...i got three nieces that are being abused by their own mother and her boyfriend..?
my three nieces had told me that their mom its always hit in them and make in them do everything for them meanin her boyfriend...they both slap them, hit them with the belt or shoe and now that i guess the boyfriend has a warrant for hit and run well they want to moved to a different place..my girls are 12,11 and 9 and they told me that they cant stand being in that house no more and wants to come and live with us but i not sure that if i get child services they might let them stay with us since there moms parents are in different country...i just cant find anything to do...cause i f we talk to her about all this stuff her girls say to us she might get take it on them and they are afraid that people could take them far away from us and each one in different place...can they come and lived with us if we dicided to report this or any suggestions.....
If I were you,I would definately report these people for child abuse to the state and also let them know that as family,you are more than willing to take custody of all three girls,you don't want them placed or seperated.Involve a caseworker,that way she can investigate what has been happening and speak with,teachers,nieghbors,doctors,family members,as well as the girls themselves.Let the caseworker know that you fear that the girls will be punished if anything is told to them,and you don't want that to happen.You can also file a protection from abuse on be half of the girls,with the court.I am sure they will hold a hearing in front of the judge.where both parties will have a chance to tell their side of the story.Either way you choose to take,do it soon,no children need to live in fear of their parent or thre parent's partner.Good luck and God bless you all.
