trying to find the title of this movie, its a film i remember watching on sky when i was younger.
of what i can remember.. the film has a black guy and a white woman in it.. the guy? is in the army.. and they're doing tests on some kind of new laser? weapon.. the general gets greedy on the demonstration, and ups the power..which makes the building collapse and the woman? become paralised.. they both leave the army, she is in a wheel chair.. and then they set out to make some armour or something to fight crime? and at the end they make the girl a new wheelchair?

A coworker was in the handicapped stall thinking that we didn’t have anyone who worked on our floor that required such a stall. He was unaware we hired a dude in a wheelchair. As he sat there he heard the dude in the wheelchair wheel up to the stall door, sigh, and then wheel into the other stall and struggle to get to the toilet. Coworker left the handicapped stall as soon as he could (thus avoiding the handicapped dude). After recounting the story to a few of us at work months later we agreed that if there is a traditional heaven / hell afterlife he is going to hell.
