What is the average length of time that it takes to get a full time position at Costco? I was told by one person "good luck, I've been here six years and I'm still part time". Any information will help.

Right now all jobs are hard to get. But given that you have been part time for six years, you should check with your manager who should have some idea. If you have a good work history and performance you should bet a full time position if and when one becomes available.
