Can drinking certain "Energy Drinks" make you sick?
I rarely drink them. Yesterday, I had a free sample of Full Throttle while walking downtown. During the drive home, the
two young ladies in my car were feeling cold while I was so hot my breath was fogging up the windshield from a reclined position in the drivers seat.
Energy drinks tend to have a high concentration of caffeine and sugar, which may cause palpitations, headaches, a higher temperature, agitation, restlessness etc. You may feel very tired once the caffeine and sugar have worked their way out of your system due to ignoring your body's signs of tiredness initially. You may also feel dehydrated, so drink plenty of water. Unless you have these drinks regularly for no reason, you won't become ill. They are aimed more at athletes / people with extra energy demands though.

Is my uterus too small for my baby?
I am now 20 weeks pregnant, and I actually have never gotten a full measurement of my uterus, or at least my doctor never told me what i measured as. I was also told that my uterus is almost heart shaped with a slight division down the center. Another thing is [I don't know if it is relevant or not] that I am also fairly small, being only 5'1" with a pretty small waistline. I can still fit fairly well in my size 2 pants...
But when I get my ultrasounds done every month, the doctor comments on how tight a fit it is for my son in my uterus because of the way he stays curled up rather tightly. Also, when I sit down, even in a reclined position, I will feel my son move about rather forcefully and the only way to get him to stop is to stand up and walk a bit. I am worried that when I sit I am crushing him... Is it possible that my uterus is just too small for him to develop normally or sit comfortably?
Help! This is my first child and I am very worried!
Baby will be fine, just wait you will be Amazed at how much your belly can stretch out, the uterus will stretch to accommodate the baby quite naturally, And as far as feeling like you are crushing him when sitting, You won't be, am currently 31 weeks and am also a very small build, I find now that when I am sitting I am very uncomfortable because my rib cage is always sticking out and never relaxing on top of my belly, so i am always having to either get up and walk around or lay down. You have nothing to worry about. The only discomfort from being a small pregnant person is that all your organs are all shifted around inside of you because of the ever expanding uterus.
