How it would be,if i say about my backgroud achievements in interview?
I have an interview for permenant position ,techinically i proved sound,all i need at this moment to prove myself rich in HR round,how it would be sound if i say like i came from a place where we didn't know electricy and proper education so i had to over come all those difficulty situations to come present position(thats true to me).What else more to impress HR people, i read all stuff from Google but i am confusing to applicable those answers to me..Some please advise in clerar words ,i will be so greate ful to you .

You can say that you came from a very disadvantaged background where the basic necessities were difficult to afford, much less modern conveniences such as electricity and transportation, and where a proper education was not considered important. Emphasize that you were able to overcome all these obstacles by hard work and dedication to making something of your life. Tell them you would appreciate the opportunity to show them you understand that hard work pays off, and you would like very much to continue your career at their company.

How many would be Scots realistically, i have looked at all the positions and i think Craig Gordon would be the only starter. In all other positions our friends in the rest of the UK have better players can i have your views without being nasty and disrespect ful to our neighbours.

anyway..the players have to be under 23 I believe? so it will be our youth players that get the nod.
Scotland probably has more of those as England seem to have forgotten them and look to the foreign teams for players
