Fall protection question?
A convenient and secure attachment point for fall protection lines is located 35 feet above ground level on the exterior wall of a building. A 20-foot safety line is available for connection to this attachment point. What is the lowest and highest level at which a work platform can be safely positioned for workers to be protected by the safety line
If it's simple arithmetic, I suppose 55ft and 15ft.
But in real life, regulations may limit the freefall distance, and more importantly the maximum force on a falling worker, so that fall protection systems have extensible energy-absorbing elements.
Some docs seem to limit maximum freefall distance to 6ft. Given that, the work platform can be at most 41ft high and at least 15ft high, assuming the line can be shortened but not lengthened.

BMW 730d F01 Exterior Lighting
Want to buy a 1st car to modify for $2,000?
Hey I'm 17 and am looking into purchasing my 1st car. There are many of cars to choose from but I'm unsure of which make and type I should purchase. I have plans to modify any car I get under the hood, electrical (stereo, etc), and interior + exterior. I'm just unsure of what car I can purchase for $2000 or under that would be a good starting platform for me. I'm stuck between Honda's or a Nissan.. but then again 1st gen eclipse and and talons are great too. So I'm just unsure, any one have any suggestions??
Don't get an Eclipse/Talon/Laser (DSM), they are highly unreliable when modded. Hondas are great for modding, but if you live in a large city it will likely get stolen. Nissan 240sx's can be had in good condition for under $2,000 and the KA is very reliable. SR swaps are cheap and rear wheel drive is a blast.
Older fox body Mustangs are great as well. Very cheap to buy, cheap to mod, and the 5.0's are solid platforms. They will be the fastest car dollar for dollar other than DSM's, but like said above modded DSM's are unreliable. Motors can be picked up in any junk yard too for next to nothing.
I would go with a Nissan 240sx, Infiniti G20, or Nissan 200sx.
