Piece Electric
Some piece of cardboard fell out of my acoustic electric and now the pickup doesn't work. How do I fix it?
It's just a thin round piece of cardboard with plastic on one side. I don't know if it's supposed to create vibration or seperate wires or what it's supposed to do.
Unfortunately, this is one of those things which will require an inspection to find out what is causing the problem.
It can be a faulty wire, a connection that is broken, or problems with the preamp/onboard control.
It may also be that the cardboard thing has nothing to do with your problem. Have you tested the guitar with other cables, with other equipment etc? I also assume you have changed the battery, if there is one?
In any case, I would take it to a qualified dealer and have it checked. Like I said, it is just guesswork unless you have the guitar in hand.

Soak the chips thoroughly then place them directly on the heating unit. Then they should just smolder and not burn. If they are too dry they will just burn and wont create much smoke at all.
