What is the best small acoustic electric guitar?
Okay so I want to get a good black small size guitar since I am a really petite girl. So any suggestions of mid priced and good quality guitar.
Taylor, Martin, Washburn and many others make travel sized guitars, that are decent quality, but if you shop around you should be able to find a good quality full sized guitar that will be comfortable to play, Ibanez, Takamine, Yamaha, Luna, Laguna and Daisy rock all have models with thinner bodies, and tend to have thinner, more narrow necks. Luna, Laguna and Daisy Rock have many or all of their models designed specifically for women.

Playtex pump vs Medela pump...Moms who pump full time..?
Have any of you mommies used the Playtex petite double electric pump? Did you like it? How many ounces did you get while using it, and how long did you pump to get it?
For those who used Medela, what kind did you use... and how many ounces did you get, and how long did it take you to pump?
I am a STRONG advocate for the Playtex pump. I have been using it regularly (though not full-time..not sure what you mean by that) for the last 6 months. I paid $70 for it and it was well worth it. In 15 minutes I generally pump 4-5 oz. I don't know that the pump is going to make any huge difference in the amount you get...your milk supply will determine that. I have also used my friend's Medela to compare and found no remarkable difference...actually, my little Playtex was much easier to use and I love it.
How did I decide on Playtex? Well, my girlfriend with the $200-something Medela told me while it was good, it wasn't $200-something good....she made a strong point by pointing out that I could get a Playtex and if it conked out on me, I could still buy two more and barely be spending the amount it would cost me for the Medela. In fact, what I've done now, as I prepare to go back to work next week, is purchase a second one...now I have one for work, and one for home, so I don't have to lug around a pump all the time. Nice!
