Where can I find NY workman's comp rules/laws related to a permanent partial disability?
Does permanent partial disablity refer to not being able to return to my custumary work or is it based on percentage of loss of my right arm? I cannot return to my usual job that required constant use and heavy lifting, but I certainly can do office work, which pays much less (and I lack the education for higher positions) then what I was being paid when I slipped on liquid by a patient's bed while lift the patient.
I would like to actually see the legislation regarding NY workman's comp laws rather than depend on interpretation of those who have a stake in the end result.

How long does it take for a workout to have affect?
I've been working out for about 5 days now and I can tell a few differences. I'm starting to get used to it a little. My muscles aren't as sore each day.
I do situps, lunges, squats, diamond pushups, leg lifts, etc.
I've cut down a lot on my sugar intake and have began to drink a lot more water.
Based on this info, could anyone tell me how long it will take until the workout will show it's effects? I'm patient.
Everyone is different and will show results at different times.
but you should defiantly see some improvement after a months worth of work.
