Party Games Wheelchair

What are some fun birthday party games for disabled people?
I am throwing a birthday party for a 36 year old man with cerebral palsy. He is in a wheelchair and so will some of his guests, along with a variety of other people of all ages. The party will be a football theme. We are looking for some fun games. The party will be outdoors. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!
This site has heaps of different games - some may be suitable or adaptable to meet your friend's needs.

Games using a ball can be played with a balloon ( not too fully inflated) or a soft foam children's ball instead of a hard ball.

Party Games and Amusements for Young and Old $44.79 The worst that can happen at a party is for the hostess to be at a loss to know what to provide next, in the way of amusements, for her guests. Whether the visitors be old or young, she must see to it that they have a nonstop round of fun and enjoyment. All this, of course, is easier said than done, since tastes differ considerably, and what pleases one group of folk may fall flat with another. The hostess, therefore, and those helping her, must not tolerate a single dull moment. As soon as a game or diversion loses favour, another should be substituted, and unless the organizers are well versed in party matters their store of knowledge will be speedily exhausted. It is to save such situations as these that this book has been written. It contains between a hundred and fifty and two hundred suggestions for making a party bright and attractive. The items are selected for both adults and youngsters, and it may well be claimed that there are diversions to suit every taste. Contents Include: Games For the Young and Old Puzzles and Tricks Worth Trying Card Games For Stakes Paper and Pencil Games Charades Worth Acting Tableaux Vivants ThoughtReading and SecondSight Conundrums Worth Asking A Part SideShow Auld Lang Syne Author: Various Binding Type: Paperback Number of Pages: 156 Publication Date: 2006/07/01 Language: English Dimensions: 5.50 x 8.50 x 0.36 inches |

"Aaron Fotheringham" - First Double Backflip with Wheelchair
Office Party Theme Idea?
This will NOT go to voting... I will choose 10 PT Best Answer to the Person with the best ideas.
We've got an office party (called AfterHours) in November. I need some original ideas for our committee to discuss.
We can have beer, wine, etc.
We have a budget of $500, but we can go over if necessary.
For a business of about 150 ppl.
Themes already done:
Tailgating
Carnival (Pie throwing, dunking booth, etc.)
Beach
Themes already on our 'brainstorming' list:
Mardi Gras in November (beads, creole food, masks...)
Homeless Society (grocery cart races, drink from mason jars, soup kitchen food...)
LIFE (the game is played kind-of like "are you smarter than a 5th grader" and a "cop" will go around arresting people who haven't "turned 21" yet for drinking and we will have an 'old folks home' where they can race wheelchairs)
