Looking to put on muscle mass but am in a wheelchair?
I have limited mobility on my arms and want to tighten them and my chest Can someone suggest exercises I can do and how often I should do them? I already use a barbell during the week and take weekends off but it doesnt help It also has to be exercises i can do from home Thanks!
A dumbell is great for weight lifting while seated. 10 - 12 reps each arm and when it becomes too light, buy a heavier one. All you need is one dumbell - one arm at a time.

Everybody at my work is so nice to Greg who is in a wheelchair. They are not nice to me.. Is this Illegal?
I bought one of those mobility chairs off of craigslist yesterday, and I am going to tell the people that I have bone cancer too, and in a few weeks, I am going to ride the wheelchair so they will like me too. Is it illegal or anything for me to do this? I will let you know how it turns out. I just have to save up and get the batteries for it.

Are you going to work to make friends - or to provide another a service so that you can make a living??? I hope it is because you want to make money - and provide the employer a service.
Then you need to realize something important ... to not be found out - almost IMMEDIATELY would be a miracle - unless you really are disabled and you HAVE DISABLED PLATES OR THE MIRROR HANGING CARD ...
Otherwise - you may make other's upset when they find this out and your problems will really multiply.
will you be using the disabled enterances, the disabled toilets and/or etc. ... which would definately cause problems if you were not disabled and use them as if you were - feigning a disability.
Believe you me - I been out of work since 92, with a disabliity and I would personally not like people to come up behind me and walk the way I do - so they can get attention ... actually - I do not want the attention whatsoever - but my cheery attitude seems to draw people to me that I don't even want to talk to ... but; being cheery is a tough job -

At Christmas time - kids get free toys ... bums on the street get a big meal for free ... and I get nothin' ... But, I look at it like this ...
People who have all they want and in excess - sometimes they get this guilty consciense going at 2 or 3 times of the year ... and for them to invite over a bunch of friends and to buy all kinds of stuff for their family and friends ... but realizing that there are so many people out there needy ...
Well - it makes them feel much better and enjoy that meal so much more if they contribute a can of canned pumpkin to the food shelter so that it could help feed the 100,000,000 starving in America ... they did their part and now they can all sit down to that great big meal that will have so much left over that the dog will too - enjoy them times of the year.
People probably feel sorry for Greg and that isn't right - sure Greg don't want that ... but; those in great health simply feel obligated to help.
Just don't bring Greg a cup of coffee with a loogie in it out of vengeance ... but; maybe if you were nice to him as well - the others would let you in the "Be NICE TO GREG CULT" at work and you would all get along better???
