I need something like that, So I am going to get some legal paper for My Dr.to be in charge of Specialist DR.'s I wish I would have had him before my insurance co. was ripped off by charges of Dr's I never saw. Power of atty takes care of everything but if you are sound of mind and in a medical emergency the ER Dr. direct you to the specialists and everyone gets a cut of the pie except my private GP Dr. who was inches away and available at the time of my accident.
