Sexless marriage. Is it a ground for divorce?
I have been married for 3 years and I have a baby of 1 year old. My husband has a habit of withholding sex and intimacy as a means for punishment. Our sex life is about 4-5 times a year. He has been living in a separate room for about 1 year now, and before that he was sleeping in front of the TV in the lounge to avoid me. I have been doubting myself from the start and I have done anything possible to look attractive to him and also I have compromised so much with regards to my personality, but nothing works. He seems like he still has a lot of issues with me, and no matter what I do, he is never satisfied and he find faults in me and using that as an excuse to punish me with not offering any sort of intimacy. I went to counseling alone, and he refused to seek any medical or counseling help, declaring that I am the one with problems not him. I really want to get divorce now, but I have no confidence anymore. Do you think I have any chance in the court?
This sounds like an awful situation. What you need to do is see a lawyer without him knowing it and then have everything done legally. Don't trust your husband on anything, believe me, you'll get burned if you do. And, yes, you have a chance in court, you should be just fine.

this guy who lives in my dorm building got extremely wasted one night (he's18). he got really violent and threatend/tried to kill the girl who lives across the hallway cause he hates her, but she ran into her room and locked the door. he went into the lounge and trashed the place, throwing couches around and stuff. she called cava, the schools medical service for drunk people but he resisted them so they left and called the police. he resisted the police to so they beat him down and cuffed him. he was cursing like crazy, spitted on their faces, and taunted the female cop as she punched him in the face "keep punching me b!tch, i'll get you fired." finally they subdued him after beating the crap out of him. he's in school now but his court hearing is next week. what do u think will be the verdict?
