Ladies I need your help!!?
I have been having cramps alll day long! I usually take Midol Maximum Strength and it knocks the pain right out. I have now take 4 Midol within 10 hours and am getting hardly any comfort, not to mention it has caffeine in it! What should I take to help these awful cramps? Do you have any home remedies? I really don't feel like going out at 10:30 and getting more meds when I feel like this, plus the box of Midol says I should not mix any medicine containing Acetaminophen. I need something for the pain and to help me sleep, I don't want to be up all night! If you suggest another medicine, how long should I take it after I have taken that 4th Midol at around 9pm?
I don't know any home remedies try a hot bath if you don't feel to bad. But for next time maybe these will help I have heard this is good buscopan but I have never seen at the store. Also tylonel PM work good for pain and they will help you sleep plus they are can be found easily. Also if you feel this your cramps are not normal see your OBGYN. I know you might be bugged that I'm a guy answering these questions but I just noticed nobody answered and I have heard from my girlfriend and others that these meds help.

im having somewhat of problems?
kk a girl asked me out. and she is a cutter and she just got out of another relationship and i tried to comfort her and now she asked me out.(i am a PAST cutter, so i know that its hard to stop) i said no cause i would wrather be friends because i dont want to get in an argument with her and break up and have her start cutting again. i just told her that and now she is all sad and is talking about cutting and i might talk to her tomarrow before school... what should i say and plz help... and if u dont read this till tomarrow than still plz comment cause it wont be the only time i talk to her. plus i also told her i love her already but dat was cause i didnt take my meds and was all weird feeling so ya please help!
