My father is not a diabetic patient but he is suffering with chronic wound in right leg?
excessive tissues spread on wound after debritment,My father is not a diabetic patient but he is suffering with chronic wound in right leg i.e. debrited and madicens calsee care, eusol solution use for cure, how can i cure it to prevent from amputation.

Any wound that does not heal should be seen by a professional. I respect your desire to find answers online, but a correct and thorough diagnosis is IMPOSSIBLE without being seen by a professional. In addition, a wound that is not healing can spread rapidly if not treated correctly. Please, do not risk your father's health, and see a doctor right away.
Older people could have reduced circulation in extremities, causing the same slow wound healing that is seen in diabetic patients, and it is possible that simply age is the reason behind slow healing. Regardless of reason though, proper and immediate treatment is necessary. Again, see a doctor right away!

...hangs from each pulley (t1=T2=49 N). the patient's leg is elevated until T1 is 12degrees above the horizontal and T2 makes an angle of 12deg. below the horizontal.
got to draw the forces acting on the leg with three forces, the normal force (mg), T1 and T2. ^_^
It is just common sense T1 and T2 are the same so use the sine rule:
a / sin A = b / sin B
49 / sin 24 = b / sin 78
b = 117.83 N for both TI and T2^_^
