How could i get a large drop of car touch-up paint off my leather car seat?
My husband was touching-up some paintwork on my car, and i now have a drop of Astra blue on my leather seat somehow! Its been there for about a week now - haven't tried anything yet. Its about the size of a little fingernail.
As this paint has dried it will be more difficult to remove. Sometimes the paint will peel off and it is woth seeing if there is an edge that you can get hold of. If not then you have repainted the leather and anything that will remove the paint (ie. nail varnish remover, solvents etc.) will also remove the finish on the leather and this will need replacing.
It is best left to a technician to sort this out for you as he will be able to replace and match any colour that needs replacing when the paint is removed.

I am trying to figure out what to put on my car seat. Should I just treat it with all leather cleaner or some kind of mix.
The only portion of the seat that is actually leather, is the parts that you are in contact with while sitting in the seat. The seat bottom and back are leather. The rear of the seat (facing the back seat), the sides of the seat back, and the skirt around the seat bottom will be made of vinyl. A good quality leather cleaner will not harm any of the material.
