Home Wheelchair Access Ramp

Neighbor question....?

I live in a triplex. My neighbor that lives next door is handicapped and has nurses coming in and out all the time. I was assigned one parking spot when I moved in. He also has one parking spot, but does not drive, his wheelchair ramp goes to his parking spot so he can have access to outside. My problem is is that when I am not home, his nurses park in my spot. I've come home from work to find them in my spot. I feel awkward asking them to move because my neighbor is handicapped (THE NURSE IS NOT), so I just park in the street (which is a MAJOR inconvienience especially if I'm carrying in groceries. (One nurse comes over once a day - always in my spot)

I did say something briefly the other week "Are you going to be here long, I cannot stay on the street overnight" and the nurse seemed appalled that I was asking her that. She looked at me disgusted and said "I am helping this man" and pointed to my handicapped neighbor.

How do I deal with this situation?

You pay for your spot. And yes you have a right to be upset. He has a spot to use and the rest can park on the street. He is handicapped, the nurse isn't so leave a note and let them know you will report them if they continue to park there!
