Have my boobs stopped growing

WHYY?
it is so unfair
i am like 5''5 and weigh like 107 lbs, so thats pretty normal
my mom has small boobs, but my grandmas has big boobs, so shouldent i be in the middle? But my grandmas are on the bigger weight side
my mom probably has small boobs as she is skinny skinny as does not eat chocolate as she is allergic and her lunches consit of salads
anyway, i have my period and stuff, so am i fully developed
i have to wear victoria secret padded EXTRA push up bras.
do you think i will make it to a B 
so anyway,

whopps, i forgot to add, does this affect my boobs: I dance, cheerlead and do cross country, so i am pretty healthy
and about 2 years ago i suffered from anorexia for like 5 months, but i am FULLY OVER IT
exercise like gymnastics , cheerleading , dancing etc may affect your growth
for example: a few girls in my old dance class had been dancing their whole lives (they were 13/14) and looked about 7 . I took a break when i was 9/10 and that gave me a chance to grow . maybe take a break from cheerleading/dancing ?

Heating options for bearded dragon.?
Alright, it's getting pretty cold where I live so I would like to get my bearded dragon some sort of extra heating unit.
I am deciding between a heated rock he can lounge on, or one of those heating pads you stick underneath the sand. Which one would be better?
He is still not fully grown.
Neither are suitable for a bearded dragon
Belly heat is not appropriate he should already have a basking light which creates a basking spot of at least 105f. This should be measured digitally and he need a big enough viv that he will have a cool end in the high 70's so he can thermoregulate he also needs UVB lighting(apologies if he has this already). At night his temps can go as low as about 60-65f If you are worried that it will get even lower than that, you need to heat the ambient (air) temp, to do this use a ceramic heater (not the basking type) and set it with a thermostat. It is good for the lizard to have a night time temp drop.
