Foot Hold Front
Foot Hold Front
Do you know the name of the dance song where you shimmy on the balls of your feet and hold your palms in front?

It's a song from the early 90's. It was either Spanish or Portuguese. The video had a whole bunch of girls dancing on a ship. I don't mean Lambada or Macarena. Though it was as catchy as those two. Please help! I'm going crazy!

OMG I totally thought Lambada

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Foot drop is an inability or difficulty in moving the ankle and toes upward (dorsiflexion). In walking, the leg must be lifted higher than usual to prevent the foot from dragging along the ground. Foot drop is usually caused by nerve damage, but may also be caused by muscle damage, abnormal anatomy, or a combination. Foot drop is caused by diseases that damage the long nerves. The deep fibular/peroneal nerve innervates the front (anterior) compartment of the leg. Damage to this nerve will lead to the inability for the leg to dorsiflex the foot, therefore causing foot drop. The result is an abnormal gait. American Ann Webb saved up all year to treat herself to a European vacation in Spain and France. But when she tried to leave Paris at the end of her trip, her discount flight was cancelled due to an AirFrance pilot strike, and new ticket prices jumped to heights beyond her means, effectively stranding her in Paris without enough money to get home. After a confusing and disappointing encounter at the American embassy, where they refused to help her return to the States, Webb wound up homeless; she slept outside and sought aid (often without success) from French shelters and relief programs. Faced with the reality of street life and other challenges that most Americans would find daunting, she worked to scrape out a living in a strange foreign country. In her extraordinary account, Webb recounts how she managed to survive in a world dominated by often predatory men. Her abilities to find food, shelter, and even friendship in a harsh, relentless environment proved truly extraordinary, and her courage to completely remake her life when all hope seemed lost will inspire readers. Webb`s story is proof that, when faced with desperate situations, it is possible to find a well of strength in order to keep living.

Intermediate Rock Climbing : Foot Hold Techniques for Rock Climbing

I think my 6 year old dog may have hip dysplasia, my dad used to play rough games w/him like pullin his foot?

THis past summer i noticed that his back feet would slip sometimes when he walked, but this was like 4 times over the coarse of 3 months so I didn't think much of it, He sprained his right front leg. Then this past week we took him for a walk and it was icy and cold out. He came back in to where it was relaly hot and went to sleep. When he woke up in the morning he was holding up is back feet and his front right foot. We thought it was because we didn't wash off the salt, but after rinsing them off they still hurt. I figured out that because his back feet hurt he put more wieght on the front causing his sprained right foot to start hurting again (wow this sounds like a House episode) Then i thought hip dysplasia, But he is a rough collie and it is extremly rare for them to get it. All collies have the hip dysplasia gate though so i never thought of this before. He walks with that marolyn monroe walk. and now hes walking in circles and stretching out his back feet behind him.

This can be hip dysplaisia or an injury but you will never know for sure until you have an x-ray done. Whether its in the breeds family history or not, most dogs of this weight can get hip dysplaisia. Check the family tree if you have one and find out if any of the parents have had a hip score.
Your mind won't be at reat until you have visual conformation about what is going on.
