Fitness Exerciser Has anyone tried this exercise machines?
Ab lounge ultra-jacknife
and
fitness quest leg magic exerciser?
I am debating between those 2 and a treadmill.
I want to loose weight in my hips and thighs and tone my stomach up and loose 25 pounds.
I want something easy to use and at a decent prize as well.
Has anyone every used this ,I would like to know your experiences.
Go for the treadmill, the ab lounge and leg magic won't help you lose weight they just help the muscles get toned but in terms of weight loss it won't help much. They are more of a gimmick than anything.
Alright, I'm about 5' 3" and I weigh around 111 lbs. I'm a 14 year old girl. I wanted to lose some more weight so I was in the 90-100 lbs. range. I'm thinking about going on a 1000 calorie a day diet. No, I don't want to be anorexic, just slim, slim as in a totally flat stomach and skinny thighs. I am a moderate exerciser, you know, I'll go for a jog or jump on my trampoline, but I don't want to have to go on some fitness routine to lose weight. I do go to my gym sometimes though. Anyway, I wanted to know if there are any websites that gave you daily meal plans based on 1000 calories a day. And if anyway out there had success with a diet such as this. I heard your body goes into starvation mode, but that doesn't basically happen to everyone. And please don't tell me that that's not enough calories, because nothing else seems to help me lode weight!
Oh yeah, will a diet such as this help me KEEP the weight off?
If you only eat 1000cal a day your body will go into "starvation mode" and your metabolism will crash, and this will hurt you weight loss goals. you need at the VERY LEAST 1700 a day.
