Exercises Wheelchair Users

Serious back pain. because of scoliosis and hard time breathing?
Hello!
I'm a wheelchair user and I have mild scoliosis in my thoracic spine. But it really hurts me and gives me hard time breathing. Same time I have burning and uncomfortable pain feeling in my chest.
I went through physical therapy and massage sessions. Still doing exercises at home, but I think it even makes it worse now, cause scoliosis still painful plus I get tired after exercises.
Can somebody recommend something to me. What can I do to start feeling myself better?
Thank you!
If you're doing PT and it is giving you problems, you need to first talk to your therapist to see what might be causing the problems. If that doesn't fix the problem, you need to talk to your spine specialist. Otherwise, we're shooting in the dark about what to do.

Preventing Rotator Cuff Injuries in Wheelchair Users
does anyone know whether it is possible to give medication via a feeding tube but still eat food orally?
I have a severe phobia of medication but also have very severe, limb threatening infections so need antibiotics. This option has been suggested in passing but I feel it is the only way to stop the continuous infections and other problems I have. Also will I be able to go swimming? It is the only exercise I, as a wheelchair user have so it is important that I can still do it. Is there a way they can take blood out of it too? I have bad anaemia but am scared of needles (my blood went down to 4 a couple of years back if that makes any sense)
I know my best mate had something called a hickman line when she had cancer - they put antibiotics and stuff when she wasnt having chemo and also took blood from it. This seems ideal for me (though luckily I dont have cancer) but I do know that she wouldnt have been well enough to swim even if she had wanted to.
You can have a central line inserted so drugs can be given via this. This goes into a vein/artery.A feeding tube goes into your stomach and would not be normally used for medication without the need for fluids/liquid feed.
