Why would the U.S government spend millions on erecting a 700 mile fence when it will be futile in stopping?
illegal aliens from entering. I have heard that many cross though the "line" with fake "papers". If the U.S cant stop the flow of drugs what makes them think they cant stop the flow of immigration. You know the smugglers are high tech too.

It is safe if you follow the techiniques prescribed properly. But as I advise all young guys who are growing, you won't know if the technique is making you larger or whether it is simply due to your growing up. You may want to let your penis rest after jelqing rather than masturbate to prevent injury such as damage to the blood vessels etc as you've been stretching them. Give it at least half the day before masturbating. Anyway, you still got time to grow, so wait till you finished growing before jelqing. Otherwise, becareful and stay safe.
The ‘average’ length of an erect adult penis is about 5.5" - 6".
It’s worth remembering that the average adult penis is 'designed' to fit the average depth of the adult vagina which is also about 6".
There is no normal or average size for a soft/flaccid penis because they vary enormously. Some guys ‘shrink’ a lot more than others when soft. You can NEVER judge how big a guy will be when he is erect from his soft penis size.

To convert to cm, just multiply the number in inches by 2.54cm. For example, 5 X 2.54 = 12.7 So a 5" penis is 12.7cm
