Did you not see the part of the product description where they even state that the x250 is of poor quality. It is designed for flat roads and nothing more and can only go a max of 8 km , What do you expect for something that takes 10 times longer to charge the battery than it does to wear out. Really 6-10 hrs to charge the battery and less than 1 hr to go a whole 8-10 km`s and kill the battery. may as well buy a good bike that only needs you to pedal it
