I need help with charging a 12v battery???????/electric motor scooter?
I have a 12v battery and i just bought a battery charger for it. On the battery charger it offers 2 and 10 amp. I am not sure which one to choose since the battery is really dead. Which one should i choose and how long should i leave it on there for? Btw the battery is for an electric motor scooter and when i connect the battery to the power source, the green light comes on saying it is working but when apply the throttle the motor doesnt spin what should i do?????

Use the 10 amp setting for a good hard charge- if it has a meter on it you will notice that the amps will drop as it gets more charged. You probably have enough power to illuminate the green lite (volts) but not enough reserve (amps) in the battery to power the motor. Let the battery fully recharge before trying it again- it is better for everything (batteries, motors, relays etc) From the sound of it , I would let it charge 24 hours to let the battery get max life. The 2 amp setting is a good trickle charge that lets you keep it on there for extended periods when you are not using the scooter for an extended time. Check your battery water level if the tops of the cells can be opened. Do not let it splash you. The cells should be covered

BOB is an electric "Breathing Observation Bubble" that used to be made by Bellaqua Personal Submersibles. (It looks like a scooter in which you have your head in an air bubble while the rest of you is in water).
I cannot find that this company is in business anywhere anymore, but I know the "BOB" is offered as an activity in both Cancun, Mexico and the Floriday Keys.
I've been on a friends Triton 1000 for a month long trip in the Bahamas. Other than a few minor flaws it was great. Can you imagine waking up in the morning next to a coral reef with hundreds of fish swimming above your transparent ceiling?
