Electric Scooter Motor Controller

Is it possible to connect two electric scooter motors into one scooter?
I want to try this out. Im electronic inclined. I figure if i connect the extra motor into the front wheel, connect the controller and battery or batteries, make a spot for them in the trunk. Then connect it to the accellerator.Wouldn't that work????
First of all you would have to be sure that both wheels are turning at the exactly same rpm if the tires are the same size or one will be pushing and one will be dragging.
Second will you be overloading the potentiometer used in the accelerator if you add the second load?
Third you will be reducing your travel distance due to the extra weight of the motor, battery(s) and wiring. You may not drastically reduce your distance traveled but it will be lowered.
Your biggest problem will be making sure both wheels are turning at the proper rpm for the wheel size to cover the ground at the same speed. If the front one is faster it will try to pull the scooter along and be dragging the rear tire. If the rear tire is faster it will be pushing the front tire. In this situation on loose dirt, gravel, sand etc. it could cause the front tire to lose grip with the surface and cause you to lose control and dump the scooter. (ouch!!!)
You would also have to worry about metal fatigue or strain if the rpms are not the same as this would produce uneven torque on the frame. Possible outcome would be to have the front fork break away from the frame. (another ouch!!! waiting to happen)
You may want to think of a way to free wheel the front motor so you do not have to use it all the time thus giving you more travel distance.
You may want to look into designing a series parallel switch to connect the batteries together so you can use all batteries on one motor and for more convenience charging the batteries.
You would have a lot of extra pulling power on hills so you wouldn't have a loss of speed as you traveled along.
This would be a fun project to try as long as you can work out the rpm problem.

Electric scooter motor controller test
how can i make a supercharger for a 4hp-100cc-2stroke -engine?I have an idea please give me some suggestions?
I took an engine out of a snow blower (a 100cc-4hp-2 stroke) and was planning on hooking a leaf blower turbine/fan up to the carburetor. I plan on taking a 200/300 watt electric motor with a speed controller (from an electric scooter) and connecting it with a 60 toothed pulley attached to the electric motor and a 12 toothed pulley from the turbine...
Do you think it will work?
Any thoughts or suggestions?
I would mount the engine on the end of a electric scooter and mount the supercharger (leaf blower turbine) on the side then run some sort of tube/pipe to the carburetor from the turbine. The batteries would be under and inside the scooter. The supercharger would most likely be used to add acceleration upon take off opposed to using it at the engines max power for top speed.
small engines and their stock internals cannot deal with the heat/engine stress created by forced induction (supercharger or turbocharger) unless accompanied by intercooler installations.
therefore even if you managed to design one (and for whatever reason?)
...its likely the power increase at full throttle will take the engine beyond failure margin.
i would also be surprised if the carb could be adequately adjusted to injest fuel in sufficient quantities to match the increased airflow.
but as i say generally with forced induction and overall speed by which the engine is forced to operate at....i would think you would either fry the bottom end (rods-pistons) or totally thow the head.
doesn't make any sense to me at all - still puzzled by why and generally falls in the waste of effort category..........
cheers 04 cobra (supercharged, whipple blower at 15 p.s.i., measured at 575rwHP on a dyno).....
